Our platform provides access to embedded Microsoft Power BI reports, which are predominantly focused on financial, marketing, human resources (HR), and inventory management insights. However, these reports are not limited to these areas and may cover additional business intelligence topics. All reports and their use are subject to the terms outlined in this document.

3. User Responsibilities¶

3.1. Eligibility:
Users must be 18 years of age or older to access and use this platform. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal authority to enter into and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3.2. Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3. Appropriate Use:
You agree not to:
- Share or distribute embedded Power BI reports without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the embedded reports or platform functionality.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes or activities.

4. Data Usage and Privacy¶

4.1. Data Collection:
We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2. Third-Party Data:
Power BI reports may include data sourced from third parties. The platform is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party data.

4.3. User-Generated Content:
If you upload or interact with data on this platform, you retain ownership but grant us the rights necessary to provide the service.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property¶

5.1. Platform Content:
All intellectual property, including but not limited to Power BI reports, design, and functionality, remains the property of Idea Technology, a member of the Invent Software group, or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

5.2. Power BI Integration:
This platform integrates Power BI technology, subject to Microsoft’s Power BI Terms of Service.

6. Availability and Maintenance¶

6.1. Service Availability:
We strive to ensure platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages.

6.2. Modifications:
We reserve the right to update or discontinue any feature or service at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability¶

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for:
- Data loss or corruption.
- Unauthorized access to user accounts.
- Issues stemming from third-party integrations or Power BI reports.

8. Termination¶

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or users.

9. Governing Law¶

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Distrito Federal, Brasília, Brasil. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Distrito Federal, Brasília, Brasil.

10. Changes to Terms¶

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
